Monica Monaco is trying in the last few years to work as a lobbyst in Bruxelles. She took a degree at the Luiss University in Rome....
She set up PUBAFFAIRS in Bruxelles trying to make money helping companies to approach the Regulatories bodies intenally to the EU BUREOCRACY
She doesn't like to be contradicted, she is a nervous woman, she likes to manipulate and to control information rather than sharing and creating a positive working group.
She is not professional in her activities, recently she was really nervous. Monica Monaco is always worried to loose leadership.
I do not recomend to use her and her organization to try to move your first steps in the bureocratic world of Brussels.
